Proposals
Responsibilities:
-Prepare cost sheets (that calculate the estimated cost of future engine shop visits) in support of campaigns to obtain new customers  new business.
-Requires a strong understing of the cost structure of the overhaul  repair businesses.
-Any other assignments as required.
Invoicing
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for preparing invoices in the SAP system in a timely manner  ensuring that the invoices comply with contract terms.
-Requires taking the lead on coordinating the tracking of costs as the engine progresses through the shop: pre-induction, disassembly, part processing (clean, inspect, repair, replace), reassembly. Good working relationships with the materials department, operations department, engineering, etc. are required.
-Requires a good understing of the maintenance service agreement (MSA) with CEA  contracts with other customers in terms of maintenance work scope, pricing,  other contract terms.
-Requires the ability to learn the SAP invoicing functions so that accurate invoicing can be completed in a timely manner.
-Any other assignments as required.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Acing or equivalent  professionally qualified
-2-3 years solid experience in multinational companies with a manufacturing background
-Fluency in both oral & written English
-Proficient in MS office  YongYou acing software
-Familiar with PRC acing  regulatory matters such as New CAS, SAFE regulations  Tax laws
-Strong sense of responsibility, process oriented, team spirit, be able to work independently, under pressure  work overtime
-Able to think independently  think out ways to improve efficiency  effectiveness
-Ability to coordinate well with other departments
-Experien
